My Coaching Methods

My Coaching

My Coaching is private 1:1 work with those seeking to transform their lives in a variety of ways. I help my clients to become confident in helping themselves. I have worked with clients following Rehab.

My Profile

We all have struggles in life and believe me I’m no exception, so I understand that sometimes life can be intensely challenging.

We all get stuck in that rut from time to time and find it hard to get out, but I’m here to let you know that you can do it and that I’m here to help you find the right way for you so that you can make your dreams a reality.

I believe that I can do almost anything I put my mind to and that trying and not achieving things the first time is not failure just learning. I’m here to help you learn.

I’ve run marathons (literally) and yet got tripped up by what seems like the smallest most insignificant bump in the road, so I understand that sometimes it’s the way we think that trips us up.

It upsets me that we live in a world were asking for help or admitting we haven’t got all the answers is seen as weakness or being messed up. I know the opposite is true. Asking for help is brave and courageous.

For me, most of my achievements so far have not come easily, I struggled at school and Uni and I’m certainly not going to tell you that running a business for 14 year was always easy either – but I’ve learned so much along the way – there is not a truer saying when talking about business than “if you knew before you start what you don’t know you’d never do it” – but I’ve done it and you can to.

I came to coaching later in life and honestly wish I’d done it years ago, but that means I also bring with me a wealth of life experiences and I hope a greater understanding of the people I work with, their hopes and fears; their challenges and deeply held beliefs.

And I’m here to tell you that it is never too late to achieve those dreams.

I’ll listen to you, I’ll be honest and upfront with you in a kind and supportive way, but I’ll challenge you to - so be prepared to dig deep.

The bottom line is that you can change your life for the better. It’s totally within your reach, even if, right now that feels just about as likely as running a marathon. All you need is the right amount of help to get you over that bump in the road.

I’m there for you and I care about helping you to achieve the things you desire.

It’s within you to help yourself – I know it’s there – we just have to unlock it!

Let’s do it together.
